As every LoopFob is custom printed, production begins once your artwork has been approved.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

Delivery Delays

Artwork Approval

Production will only begin once artwork has been approved.

Please check your proof carefully.

Once approved, we cannot accept responsibility for spelling mistakes, incorrect logos, artwork errors or any amendments requested after approval.

Colours

While we aim to reproduce colours as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur between screen displays, proofs and the finished printed products.

Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks and images supplied.

LoopFobs accepts no responsibility for any copyright or intellectual property infringement resulting from artwork supplied by customers.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before production begins unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing.

​

Price Match Promise

We are committed to offering outstanding value and will endeavour to match genuine like-for-like quotations from UK-based competitors.

​

To qualify for our Price Match Promise, the competitor's quotation must:

  • Be provided in writing (email or official quotation).

  • Be dated within the last 30 days.

  • Be issued by a legitimate UK distributor or manufacturer.

  • Be for an identical product, including quantity, materials, print specification, colours, packaging and delivery terms.

  • Include all applicable artwork, setup and delivery charges.

 

LoopFobs reserves the right to verify any quotation and to decline a price match where products or terms are not directly comparable, where pricing is below cost, or where the quotation relates to clearance, liquidation, promotional or limited-time offers.

The Price Match Promise cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed or production has commenced.

 

Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. While we will always endeavour to meet agreed timescales, LoopFobs cannot be held responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

 

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the supply or use of our products.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Refund Policy

As every LoopFob is custom manufactured to your specification, orders cannot usually be returned simply because you change your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Products

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate we will:

  • Replace the products

  • Repair the issue

  • Offer a refund

Incorrect Orders

If we've made an error with your order, we'll correct it as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Bespoke Products

Custom printed products cannot normally be returned if:

  • You ordered the wrong quantity

  • You changed your mind

  • The artwork was approved before production

  • You supplied incorrect artwork

Reporting Issues

Please email us with photographs showing any problem as soon as possible after receiving your order.
